Default 06 FLHRCI suspension issues

Got the bike 8 months ago from an old guy that had it bone stock with 10k miles. I just turned 20k.(daily driver). Live in Vegas and its hot as *****. Noticed that i have a little fork oil leaking from the top of the left fork. Front end seems spongy to me as well. Its my first touring bike and i don't know if its normal.

Also since i had the bike, I notice small little splatter marks on the rear white wall. WHeel bearings are fine. ReplacdO ring on oil drain plug 2 k miles ago.
Help!

Do you see oil or grease? reason I as is the neck bearing could have dripped some grease because of the Vega heat. I have a RK as well and my front end was spongy, I changed the fork oil to HD heavy type and it tightened it up a good bit. There are O rings under the fork caps as well. (not a hard job at all)

The oem oil in the forks is very thin, so stock they pogostick easily under braking and are very squashy. Some have been well pleased with merely replacing the fork oil with a thicker oil. That of course does not address your leakage problem.

If the marks on your white walls are outward, the wheel bearings are the only things that can throw oil/grease out like that. I'd look closer again at the hub for indications of similar lubricant tracks.
