Ok. Help it is. You have an oil cooler and you don't like the heat on your legs. Your choices are:
1) Wear heavier insulated pants.
2) Get rid of the cat.
3) Buy some parade fans that won't help much cruising above 25 mph.
4) Stop riding.
You are sitting on a heat generator. There is some risk-reward when riding an air cooled twin cam. You have been hand delivered s number of threads that discuss this topic ad nauseam. I only turn on my fans when the engine temp approach the 230 range. But they do work and help overall. The ball is in your court.

You actually have more options than that.
Upgrade the oil cooler to a larger one with fans.
Look into Captain Itch Krotch Koolers. Many have reported good results.
Lots of options for fans other than LJ. Keep in mind that the fans will cool the heads but, since the air blows from left to right, some have actually experienced more heat on the right leg.
Richen the Air Fuel ratio. Have you got a tuner on the bike? Or you can try Xieds which basically just add fuel to the current tune.
Remove anything, like lowers or fangs, that block airflow to the engine and you.

Its not user error, the search function is almost useless compared to other sites (car sites) that have the same site format as this one.

I've actually had excellent success with the search function on this forum. I use care in my word choices, though, just like with any other search engine. It's why I rarely start any threads. ..yeah, it does mean sometimes I have to work a bit.

Do astage 1, and remove the cat.TTS mastertune and someone who can give it a good dyno tune.

I second looking on DK Customs site. They have quite a bit of information about keeping the engine cool. Now that you have the fangs, you might want to look into cooling wings and a tank lift. Kevin from DK Customs says adding a tank lift and cooling wings will counter the engine temp increase you are now getting from the fangs.
I installed the fangs last month and I do feel the engine heat as well. I just installed the cooling wings today to see if that helps. I have a ride this weekend so I'll find out if it lowers the engine temps.

I've got an oil cooler and the Luv Jugs fans. I actually have more heat on my right leg but now when I ride on a hot day (105+ in Sacramento) my oil pressure is higher at idle and my lifters don't tick. The engine is noticeably cooler. My wife's just learning to ride so we have more slow speed riding to contend with. I should have installed these fans miles ago (I've got 92k on the bike now).
