Default Anniversary bikes

I have a 2013 Street Glide. I recently ran into a guy with the same bike. He says his is a "Silver Anniversary Edition" and so is mine. Are ALL bikes made in said year "Anni" bikes? Or were there specific bikes in the line with some being AE and some not? Hope my question makes sense.

Well, 2013 was the 110th anniversary for HD. Not all 2013's were 110th anniversary editions though. For instance, I have a 2008 105th anniversary edition. However, not all 2008's were anniversary editions. Special color and badging with numbered editions.

I have a 13 RK. I remember there being special anniversary bikes that were numbered with special paint. You had to buy the special edition bike and fork over the extra $

This year is apparently an anniversary of some sort, and not all the bikes are anniversary models. The "special" models seem to go for a couple of grand more.

I (we) have 4 bikes made during an "Anniversary" year (which is every 5 years) though only 1 is a true numbered anniversary edition bike and it's a '98 (95th Anniversary Edition) Heritage Softail Springer.

Our other bikes are an '03 RK, which has all of the 100th badges and accessories, an '08 Heritage, and my a '13 CVO Ultra.

My plan was for us to buy anniversary edition bikes in these years but the '03 and the '08 (both are red) are my wife's and she didn't like the anniversary edition colors.

I had a deposit on a '13 Anniversary Edition Ultra Classic but when I saw the color combination I had to agree with my wife.
I needed a new(er) bike so I (we) searched until I located the CVO (in Typhoon Maroon) and it "color coordinated" with my wife's red Heritage and they now sit side-by-side in the garage.

The AE bikes are a little more expensive when new and used they will sell for a little more than a comparable non-AE bike.

... and i'd be willing to bet that it'll come in a Silver-ish color scheme

I have a 2003 Electra Glide and it has anniversary badges and markings on it. I just assumed any produced that year were anniversary bikes.

2003, being the 100th, was more the exception rather than the rule.

Default Thoughts on the 95 anniversary edition road Kong’s?

I own one. Second bike I ever took out on the road alone and in my first year of riding. Trying to put a cash value on her at the moment. Just for a personal knowledge standpoint. Any ideas?
