My favorite by far and one I would never consider getting rid of is my seat. Its a Corbin Classic solo with about 15,000 - 20,000 miles so far. Not the best looking of seats but has changed the entire experience of riding for me. Absolutly zero discomfort on my bottom side after an all day ride where the stock seat killed me after 2 hours.. Whats your favorite? Now if I can just figure out this darned ticking noise

Before I even read your post, but after seeing your title I said to myself "my seat". I've done some really cool stuff to my bike, but none of any other mods I've done matters if I am not comfortable riding the damn thing.

Getting rid of the v&h slip ons and getting a Rhinehart true dual system...I know I gave up a little but man they sound great.
