I think the stock handlebar on a Road King is 1", part number 55800099

I ordered a set of Factory 47 Malo's last night, if the stock bars are a different size (they are 1 1/4" on the RKS) then I would need to order a riser or adapter.

Looks like it's going to be a direct replacement, thanks for verifying

 

Road King Special is 1.5" all around, no taper at the clamping surface. Not sure which RK you have.

 

no problem either way ... they sell the clamp for them 1" or 1 1/4 ' i think i have the 1 1/4 one laying around its like $50

RKS is 1.25. With the Malos you will need an adapter. I just did the same install. Worked perfect.

I have a question on this if anyone can help... I know this is an old thread. I have a 2020 road king standard and was given some bars that are for a “special” which means they are 1 1/4” diameter all the way around.... I already wired the bars, my mistake as they won’t fit my 1” risers.

Will an oem 1 1/4” riser for a special fit on my standard?? I’d rather buy a riser setup then more bars and wires.

There is a riser kit for the Road King Fat Handlebar, I had to use kit for my `16 Road King Standard (the Fat Handlebar is 1.25 at the riser area).
