Well not sure I can, after cleaning up shop I looked at the cams. Front cam has a mark from the rear bearing. Might polish out, can't feel it but it's there..... that bearing is missing part of the race between two of the needle bearings.
Glad I changed cams.. 25k miles.

Youre thinking right. Not worth the risk installing them. And take offs are cheap anyway.
