Is it the SECURITY light or ENGINE light that shows there are stored codes, or will both do that?

Does your cruise control work? Could be front or rear brake switch. Could also have something to do with your signals. Any water from washing the bike get into the signal light housings?

Both lights indicate there is a code.

Ok all the light appear to work.
When check the codes: ECM N, BCM Y, SPDO Y, ABS Y, RAD Y
I was able to clear all but the radio
HOWEVER with bike running as soon as I hit either front or rear brake the red security light came back on. Then check and it reset the BCM code. Brake lights work

Now what?

I have not road tested yet to see if other codes come back.

Just figured out you are in HB. I am in the I.E., do you have an ESP warranty? Ed at HB Hot Rods and Hogs is a authorized HD service provider. Even if you do not have the ESP, I would call him.

62163, 61346, U0100, U0001, 61338 were the codes

Upon checking the internet I'm guessing the codes are not a 6 but a b
b2163 Brake Lamp Output Shorted Low
b1346 ?
u0100 CAN bus Fault
u0001 Lost Communication With ECM
b1338 ?

Yes I have spoke with Ed before and gotten advice from him. Nice guy.

I checked, I do have the ESP warranty for 10 more days
It says $50 deductible at Harley, $100 at other repair facilities

I'm just afraid if I go to Harley they will balk that the bike is not completely stock?

Ride over Ortega, and go to Temecula HD. Call um, you can usually get in the same or next day. They know all about all my mod's, and do not care.

I have LED lights that appear to be working but think I will start there as that is what one code says
