I have pulled my front wheel again and every time I do I find the inside cap nut loose I noticed it last year when I did wheel bearings now I'm rebuilding the front shocks I allways tightened and torque to spec this time I guess I'll try some blue lock tire anybody have the same issue or am I just missing something

I have a lock washer on there now

I looked at them and they look good just don't understand why it's the same one all the time I'm almost done with a front fork rebuild this time I'm gonna replace the lock washer and use blue lock tite
