Fairing mirror loose
Anyone know if there is a way to tighten up the fairing mirror on the integral stem? I purchased new fairing mirrors just thinking mine were worn from use and vibration but the new mirrors are even loser on the stems than the old ones. I see no way to tighten the mirror to the stem? It also surprises me that the mirrors are mounted to the inner fairing with no real way to lock them from vibration loosening? Cant use Loctite on a plastic nut and over tightening strips them. Star washer is only alternative I guess?

Not enough thread. That said I'm more concerned with the mirrors loosening and moving on the stems. These are the fairing mirrors on a street glide.
