Default Dot 4 Platinum label brake fluid

Stopped by the dealer to buy some DOT 4 platinum label brake fluid to use in my clutch, and parts person said they had some but were holding it for the brake recall and until supply caught up with demand, they couldn't sell me any.

What is different about the platinum label Dot 4 fluid??

From what I understand it is supposed to be less hydroscopic so in will absorb less moisture

This is what I've been using at half price compared to a bottle with HD on it......

DOT 4, is DOT 4, anything else, any other words, meaning nothing. Go to Autozone for 97 cents instead of $8.00 its the same thing and know what that is? Answer = DOT4

I don't know if this is the same as Harley's but Spectro has there own version. About $11 for 12 ounces.

Motul RBF660 or RBF600 for mine. But I recommend you buy the absolute cheapest, oldest brake fluid you can find. I enjoy watching poor people crash their toys.
