2018 Road King runs crappy when hot
2018 road king with 2000 miles. stage one high flow A/C, exhaust and SE super tuner.
When hot the engine seems like it is running on one cylinder. Rough. No power. When the bike is above 3000 feet elevation, the motor shakes and has no power. This is a brand new bike broken in properly. I don't get it. Just spent 30 grand on this new bike and it runs crappy. Runs great when cold and at sea level. Any suggestions?

Is it possible that the Engine Idle Temperature Management System (EITMS) is acting up? It may not be switching off when the throttle is engaged.
EITMS Explained -- When engine temperature reaches a predetermined point at idle, the EITMS will turn off the rear cylinder fuel injector. Idle speed will be maintained, however, the rear cylinder will become an “air pump” which will work to cool the engine by sucking in air.
I used to use the EITMS feature but when I did my Stage 1 upgrade, the engine ran cooler and smoother so I disabled the EITMS (check your manual). I just found it annoying and it really didn't cool the engine all that much.
