Anyone try a Fuel Moto E series on a D&D Fatcat?
Have a D&D Fatcat on my 2013 RK police model with the "quiet" baffle. Just a bit louder than I would prefer. Has anyone tried the Fuel Moto E series muffler replacement? Looks pretty much like a Supertrapp with the baffles. Clearly I could customize the sound level but wonder if anyone has tried one and what the effect was on power and if it required a re-tune?

Fuel Moto's E-Series make excellent power. I run the 2 into 1 E-Series on two bike and D&D 2 into 1 Fat Cats on two others. I just traded one of the E-Series set ups from my Sons 06 RK and put his Fat Cat on my 08 in it's place. With the exception of the noise there was no noticeable difference in power between the two.
You would not need to retune, If I can remember I will measure both pipes and see if the tail sections are interchangeable

I have a 2002 FLHTC. I ran the original White Bro's e-series on my FLH's (Road King and the TC) for 18 years. I replaced the White Bro's this year with Fuel Moto's e-series. Fit and finish are good. Nice stainless steel pipe, chrome heat shields and e-series collector are very nice. Works well and the system is very tunable. They do sell just the e-series muffler and it will fit a wide variety of 2-1 head pipes according to their web site.
