+2 on the Butt Powder. Makes you feel less heated in the seat! Take some shorts too, might be nice to have in Florida.
Also, I keep a clean micro fiber in my jacket pocket in rainy weather, to wipe my glasses with when I catch rain drops over my shield.. Wipe every so often and clear up my vision. Just a thought.

I'm guessing this is your first big trip on the bike?
Tools/equipment wise, I also include:
4 in 1 screwdriver, a good one.
Adjustable wrench
Vice grips
10' copper wire
fuses
Wrap everything except the wire up in a rag. Wrap that bundle with the wire. Keeps it neat.
Clothing:
Pack a days worth of clothing flat into a ziplock baggie. Do several. Squeeze them down and you can put a bunch in a saddlebag. Being in ziplock baggies, they stay dry.
Pack for colder than you expect. Riding makes you chilly, and you don't want that on a long trip. So a nice sweatshirt for under a jacket, gloves, chaps.
Rain gear, not simply a rain jacket. Wet pants and undies suck.
Athletic undies help you stay in the seat all day, especially if you're a tightie whitie sorta guy.
Bike:
One bungie? I don't understand that. If you need bungies, bring some, not one.
Waterproof dufflebag or such. Wonderful things. Bungie it to the seat.
Trash bag, for your dirty clothes.
Cell phone, charger, cradle. Yea, you can charge in rest stops and such, but on your bike is sure convenient. So is the google maps app.
Baggie to keep the phone dry in the rain.
Don't neglect the end plan of being there in Florida. If it's to go swimming, bring swimming gear. Disney, walking gear. Etc.

Here's my list of recommendations for you:

- Good underwear, like the Spyder athletic boxer briefs. Not cotton.
- Gold Bond powder.
- Replace the shaving kit with a toothbrushing kit. If you need a shave the hotel will have what you need for your stay.
- Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss. Your hotel would have that too, however.
- Leave the Battery Tender. Not going to need it.
- Put the phone numbers of dealers in your phone, or add the dealer locater app to your phone.
- And for goodness sake, put a bottle opener in there.
