Personally, I would trim it off carefully at the edges, ride it, and monitor it.
Any further damage shows up, then I would replace it.
How is the rest of the alignment? Is it rubbing hard on something on that side?

There’s a small notch above it so I’m guessing I hit something, other than that no damage anywhere else on the belt or damaged teeth:

If it was mine i would replace it. Nothing worse than getting stranded.

Just throwing this out: $$ to replace the belt now compared to $$$ if you break down on the road, (towing, replacing the belt, Down time if out of town, etc) you get the idea.

Thanks for the info everyone, reason I ask is I don’t know how durable these are with this damage, this is my first belt drive as all I’ve ever had is chain so glad I asked.

I could not sleep with it.......meaning I would just have to fix it.
Redo your swingarm bushings and wheel alignment whilst there.

FSM says replace any belt with a hole through it near the edge.

Also check the rear sprocket to make sure the hardness isn't compromised or wearing off. Once it's gone or nearly gone it'll cause premature wear on the new belt.
