maybe the other Electra Glide models (or model years) do?

my 2020 Electra Glide Standard definitely did not -- I also don't have a tour pack; the EGS is really bare bones, which is one of the main reasons i got it.

I bought HD's liners. I have a razor pak and side bags. I use the liner in the razor pak and that is what I carry in or keep in the tent. I came to the conclusion that nothing is better than I am about packing the side bags and I put clothing layers, camping gear, rain gear, water, gun, and tools in the side bags without the liners. If I have a passenger I have a rack on my razor pak. I bought HD's expandable exterior bag for the rack. It has a POS rain cover that lasted one trip. I camp where there are picnic tables. I take some high end camping gear because it's not cheap to get warm, dry, and small. I stop at a motel that has a laundromat or one nearby every 4th day. Works perfect for me. If I don't have a passenger I stop and do the wash once a week and I don't need the razor pak.

Those Kuryakin ones are the ones I have. I like them. It makes for easy packing when I travel. Easy in, easy out.

I use the basic Harley hard saddle bag liners. We travel a lot and I am not one to leave anything in my saddle bags at night in the hotel parking lot. The bag liners make so easy, open the lid grab the handles and away you go with all your stuff.
