2001 FLHTUCI/FLTR 95CI, bitsa-this-'n-that...
Lockdown and COVID-19 is affecting everything including the way I build this bike up from nothing.
Sorted out my engineering and the engineer I hired toget things done has had it worse than anyone, what with death of a family member and due to COVID-19 an inability to visit even the grave-side mean MY jobs of engineering on my bike took months to actually do.

The mock up, at finger tight, and just-about-held-together rolling chassis is getting there and in my lounge. ;(

I could do with so many parts, to get this build done, but TIME and the COVID-19 situation pandemic is a real thing, affecting everything at the moment. I have found I good local-ish 'store' and a few people to help out with the questions I have.

I will be looking for a complete 'injection system'/manifold for 2001/2002 FLTR and will have to source one from the states, probably AFTER Christmas. Working on the tinware will take me enough time until then...

Know a bit about rebuilding these as I'm about done with a 2001 Electra Glide. Been putting it together for a year as I can find and buy the part . Painted, but still have the striping to do, but with this "virus" slowing down business, it's going to be a while with that. We have a small shop here that has a number of used parts, and I have a few, so between us, we may be able to help you along to a degree.

Nice project! Do you have a list of parts you need? We have a lot of used parts on the shelves that we could contribute if you can use them. Just cover shipping cost.

 

Bad timing, we gave away a set of skull floorboards etc. not long ago. We don't have inserts either. We have a couple of touring fork legs and triple trees from conversions sitting on the shelf, some bags may be left. We give those away regularly because holding on will fill up the shop quickly....
