Default 18" wheels

If I change over to 18" wheels on a Electra Glide, will they fit under the fender,or do I have to get a different one? Any info on this conversion would help out .

I have 18's front and back, no need to do anything as long as you dont go too wide on the tires. I squeezed a 160 on the back of mine with minor mods to belt guard, stock is 140, 150 should fit with no problem.

With 18s you get a lot more wheel for the money then with 16s. You will have to go with 18 tires which is good and bad. The good is most 18 tires like Metzler are much better tires (better grip, better cornering). The bad is Metzlers are softer so they don't last as long.

I went both ways, 16s with my 02 Ultra, and now 18s with my 07 Ultra. I love the 18s. For me the look is worth the more frequent tire changes
