Default ebay center stand

Ebay has a Harley Center Stand for $62.00.

Adjustable Service Center Stand For Harley Touring Road Glide Road King 09-24 | eBay

Anybody have any experience with these?

Looks like the leg lengths are adjustable. Only saw one video on you tube regarding them and it was not real conclusive.

Regards,
Crankster

Bought one 12 years ago. one or two of the bolts were kind of a bugger to install. visible and recessed issue. The adjustable leg threads if i remember right were misleading. it would bottom out inside while showing 1/2" of threads still remaining on the legs. Also two up riding while turning into ally entrances the leg would scrape the concrete. Used it a few times. I would look into different manufactures first.

Maybe spend the extra coin if possible and spring for a center lift stand, a lot more versatile
These are $ 163 shipped and are typically north of $360 everywhere else...

Pretty sure that would scrape on most turns and look ridiculous mounted under the bike

Okay ... I have and am a proud proponent of the Wheel Doc EZ- UP center stand ... I put it on my 2009 FLHTCU when brand new and have ZERO complaints

They are simple to deploy ... I can sit in the saddle and put it on the stand with little effort

+1 on the Wheeldock E-Zup. Buy once, cry once. Spend the money. Literally takes a couple minutes to install. I bought a used one for my 09 Street Glide and put 45k miles on it. Swapped it to my 19 Road Glide and put another 18k on it. Now it is on my 24 CVO ST even though they said it wouldn't fit. Never tell a fabricator it won't fit. It took 3 minutes to make it fit. I certainly got my $150.00 out of it.

Doesn't look ridiculous. I rode with one on my bike for several months - previous owner installed it.

However, when going around a corner quite aggressively, it dragged and dug in. Kicked the back wheel to the side about a foot. I was very lucky to keep the bike upright. Took it off as soon as I got home.

You can see it in my sig photo.

When you said would look ridiculous mounted on the bike, I didn't realize you were talking about the static stand. I agree with you.

Had one on my last RK, it was installed by the previous owner. Only used it a few times, ended up removing it and sold it on EBay.

That is not one I've got experience with, but were I looking for one, that is one I likely would buy. For two main reasons.
1. It's greasable.
2. It has adjustable feet.

I've run other centerstands from Wheeldock and such. Fine stands, but very sensitive to the bike's height. If you deviate from the stock height, they either become very hard to get the bike up on, or the bike isn't very stable when up on it. The adjustable feet of this kit really help you tune it to fit your situation and bike.
