2000 Road King TC88 (Magneti Marelli) - Rich mixture, black plugs, hot start failure
First, I calibrated the TPS to 0.183 V with the ISC removed and secured the TPS in place. Then I reinstalled the ISC. I set the cold idle screw to 0.648 V and the hot idle screw to 950 rpm.
I believe the Harley MM EFI system needs 55-62 psi, same as the Delphi EFI...
An online converter says 3 bar is equal to 43 psi.
If I'm correct, you only had 43psi max, that is too low....
Ed will be able to correct me if I am wrong about the fuel pressure needed for the MM EFI.
You may have a leak in your fuel tank internals. The normal suspects are the in tank fuel lines, the regulator itself, a possible dirty/restricted fuel filter, and some later years had issues with cracked fuel pressure regulator housings...
