Came to work this A.M. (HD not the police dept.) and my SERT is here as well as my ISO grips. The handlebars are already on so tonight should come the pipes, AC, SERT and grips! I'm a happy camper. Once I go 103 and cam I'll get the DTT

 

dawg, what dealer do you work at in VT? I've been to most of the NH dealers, but not to any VT dealers yet.

 

How did you get ISO grips? Dealer here had no idea when they would be out for 08's, so I emailed Kuryakyn and they said maybe February!

 

Don't work in VT, work at Twin States in Lebanon, NH

 

Buy a set of ISO universal grips for 1" bars from the Kuryakyn Metric section and cut the rubber off of the OE throttle grip and glue the sleeve into the universal grip. Voila! Works great and you'd never know it didn't come that way.

 

But it's so close to VT you could throw a stone into it. Great riding up that way!!
