Does anyone know where to find OIL, VOLTS, and/or AIR TEMP guages for a 93 FLH. The faring has a place but no guages.
Thanks, Ron

None of the above. Cheap on ebay, especially the POS air temp.

Geeze, great job showing the the new guy with a simple question how friendly and heplful this group is.. Cruzer93,first of all welcome to the forum. As beemervet stated you are better off keeping a eye on e-bay for the gauges you want.

I've got a buddy that is about to change out his instremntation over to the silver face set
the stock set will be available...
Check to see if the insturments from a 06 ultra will fit and I'm sure he'll let the entire set go reasonable...

Thanks Harleybuilder, I guess no one thinks anyone is ever a Harley virgin. I rode for a lot of years in the 60's but all on English bikes. I was about ready to drop the Forum and just ride and go with the word of mouth locally.
TexasBow Hunter, Thanks but I don't think they will work (according to the local dealer), and I only have places for two guages and I'm not sure which two to get??

We'll all tell you which one not to waste your money on....

All together now "THE AIR TEMPERATURE GUAGE ! "

Over the years, also riding English bikes, the most useful guage I've ever used is the voltmeter. You can prevent a lot of problems watching what's happening with your charging system, especially when you are only dealing with 110-180 watts, which is all the old Triumphs, BSAs, and Nortons had. I don't know what the charging system is on a '93, but with a voltmeter you can be sure your battery is fully charged before shutting off the engine, so it's got the power to start the next time you ride.

I will back that up, I have a 06 R/G and that air temp gauge is a totat waste..I want to put a compass or something else in there if I can ever run across one
