Default comfort

traded a comfortable 02 electra glide with stock seat & handlebars for 07 ultra. was surprised to find it uncomfortable causing back ache. changed seat to 'tallboy' which helped, but not entirely and since it moved me back from handlebars, i'm thinking of getting the taller handlebars but hate to spend money that may not help at all especially with all the cables/lines that would need replacing also. so question is: any tall people out there have similar experience, and if so, what worked for you? tia, rem

Try the Reach Bars from HD, 49.00 and if you do some rerouting, you don't have to
change the cables or brake line. (carefully reshape the brake line). My backache was gone...

The Batwing Faring was designed to block wind off your hands, but it doesn't, and the close bars make you lean into the
faring, the reach bars make you sit up, better aligning your spine...

Get a riders backrest for your seat and it will make a world of difference in your posture.

Do the Reach Bars bring them farther back and will they work on an 07 SG without getting rid of the stock SG mirrors?

Thanks

I'm 6'2" and have had HD Pullbacks on my last two ultras. The photo below is my 07 with a Road Zep and pullbacks.
