UPdated PCIII firmware now no rSP on P in diagnostic, help!

So I updated the firmware to 2.2.2.0 for my PCIII and got a code when I started the bike. I ran the diagnostic and get a no rSP in P. What do I do in this case? No help in the search.

Fixed it. It through a p1004 which normal when you do a TP zero for the PCIII. No more codes. Don't know why it wasn't responding the first time.
