I built one of those. The kits are avalible from Cycle Vision. The other posts are correct, incorrect rake and frame geometry. The extra weight kills performance. Looks nice. Useless as a Chopper.
Don't be suprised to see a museum piece that is water cooling in a whole new way.Naysayers might be impressed.

I have several bikes for different reasons.
My Ultra is by far is the one I prefer to ride.
I also have a vtx 1800 or 110ci thaat is water cooled. At red lights and stop signs it puts off a lot of heat and I am ready to move quick when I can, does this sound fimilar. In slow traffic it does run cooler than my Ultra. I do enjoy the bike a lot and is a lot of fun. Again the Ultra is the ride of my choice.

I went from Yamaha to Harley partly because I wanted to get away from liquid cooled....more weight, more complexity, more maintenance headaches. Thanks, but no thanks.

Did you miss Yamaha's power? Liquid cooling will open the door to a lot more power with a stock engine - also, mods will be extremely difficult and maybe even unneccessary.

When comparing Harley's of similarsize, they outperform the aircooled Yamaha's, with the exception of the Warrior. See the thread I did on this ....

They may have a liquid cooled bike in the works... but I wouldn't take this as evidence.

Retired_Ted.....what power? Don't get me wrong, my Royal Star was a nice bike, but powerful it was not. The 96 stock RoyalStar was lucky it put out 45 hp. With the 5 speed tranny Yamaha kept telling owners that both 4th and 5th were overdrive gears....who needs 2 overdrive gears on a bike? Gas tank was only 4.5 gallons and when running it hard I was doing good to get 25 mpg. The air intake was under the gas tank with a little rubber scoop at the front (right behind the fork) to help funnel as much air into it as possible, but what you could do was really limited. It was a beautiful bike and rode solid as a rock on the interstate, but that big V-4 with 4 carbs was way too thirsty. Then after just a few years of production Yamaha started backing away from their commitment to the Royal in favor of the new V-twin RoadStar. I'm glad to be on a Harley now.
