I have access to a fatboy fender off of a 94 model, does anyone know if it will fit on a 05 electra glide? Or do i need to look for a newer yr fender? What is the part number for the fender adapter?

I am putting the same type of fender on my RK. I believe they changed the front fenders on the Fatboy in 99 or 02 I can't recall which. I would say you need a fender within the same model years of your bike for it to work. Thats not to say you can't make something work with the right fabrication skills. I was able to find an 06 fender to fit on my 06 with the adapters from HD. Good luck with your project.

 

From what i could find on the harley sight, it looks like the fenders will fit from 86 through atleast 05, so i'm not sure, i may just try this one before i look for a newer one, but i know my luck............
