Personal opinion, but I think you will find the Fox Creek jacket is more well made than the HD.

 

Very Personal opinion, I think the HD is a much better looking jacket. I have two HD jackets and two "other brands" not as nice as the Fox Creek, at all. I'd by the HD if it fit well and was comfortable.Which one is more comfortable?

 

HD Competition II is the Jacket I have I like but its made in China

 

I would have to agree with counterbag...

I have a foxcreek myself...vented racing jacket...it definately has some weight to it...but once it's on, I don't notice how much it weighs...very comfortable to wear and ride in.

Also, take a look at the testimonials that are posted on the web page for foxcreek...the pictures show how their jackets hold up...and you know you're getting american made...made paying High Dollar for something made in Pakistan...support a vet...if you read the history of Foxcreek....you'll see it's a family run business with the owner being a vet...

Ok enough enough..go foxcreek...you won't be disappointed.

Ihave the Fox Creek Vented Racing Jacket. Their quality is OUTSTANDING (leather, stitching, and zippers), and their customer service is excellent. My wife also has a Fox Creek jacket and she loves it. I have not compared my jacket to the HD jacket you are considering, but I have compared it to other HD jackets, and my jacket is superior. Money was not an issue for me either. Also a plus, Fox Creek items are manufactured in the U.S.

 

I have the H-D compition it is a nice coat i am very happy with it.

 

I like the HD jacket.

 

Go with the Fox Creek jacket.
