Isn't that a sign of water/moisture in the oil? I could be wrong though

I was told that this is normal with the synthetic oil. I'm not sure about regular oil.

I don't think foaming is a good thing. How long has it been since your last oil change ? And do you park your bike in a damp place ? The only place i've seen oil foamed is in Drag Bikes and thats because the oil pump turns too fast and cavitates. The techs change the oil after every run.

Don't check it right after a ride, let it cool down. I would suspect what you are seeing is normal unless you are using crap oil or very long intervals between changes. Just don't worry about it.
