HP, I see on your dyno that the milage is the same. I mean, the dyno was done right after the install? Reason being is that I just had some cams, gears, lifters and adjustable pushrods and was told to givethe bikea 500mi breakin period.

No 500 mile break in time is needed for cam change, Installed cams and run mine on the dyno for a few miles, we made around 30 dyno runs in a couple day period trying different exhaust, all this was done after the initial setup of the Supertrapp.

Well mine really sucks. 06 flhtci
But then I've been having problems with it for the past 6 month.
did sampson slip -ons and SE a/c day I bought it with stage one download.
No map for the sampsons. no dyno
ran great first 6 or 7 months then performance degraded.
dealer did injector upgrade to 06A little better but not right.
2nd dealer insisted I needed HD racetuner, did that
got 64.89 hp and 69.03 torque. but still was not right
HDMOCO warrantied re-ring an valve job still not right.
talked to a different dealer and he says I should be geting same reading as you guys are.

He said reasonable expectations for bagger bike (mine 06 flhtci):
stock w/stage1 download 62-66hp and about 70-75 torque
with SE a/c (full flow) and slip ons (depends on which ones)
70-75 hp and 80 torque.
Mines going back to dealer friday for cosmetic repairs and they are going to find out why
my figures are so dimal.
