I would consider changing the s/a bushings to olifin before blaming the wheel. Mine does it with stock wheels and bushings. On the 21" are they rated strong enough for an 800+ lb bike or does every one just do it for the ghetto look?

What is the "ghetto look"? \\; I prefer to call it "custom"
