Wow some pics would be awesome. Not that we'd ever get any from the tech. But it does sound like an assembly issue. And obvioulsy not for all bikes.
I hope the tech does tell HD what he finds.
Not that HD would admit it.

I was having issues and it turned out to be the throttle twist sensor

Just got my wife's 08 Streetglide towed because of this ****. Dealer had it in last week because there was no throttle response and they said it was because it got wet.

Guess we better never get caught in the rain????

No throttle response was my trouble too. This problem is what made me upgrade my HOG towing. I havent had a problem since they found the crimped and broken wire. Let us know what develops with your bike, and what they did to fix it. Saying it got wet is worse than "thats normal".

I hate hearing that. But I've had my concerns about TBW from ground zero. One of the very reasons I'm waiting to go new. Hope you get her fixed, and right, for good! GOod luck, CCRyder
