Default removing baffle tricks?

I have a T-Rex true duals. I want to experiment with some other baffles, but I can not figure out why these "removable" baffles will no come out.

I'm kinda pressed for time today...as it's my son's birthday and we have people over. I keep sneaking out to the garage "to get another beer" and spend a few minutes trying to pull them out with no luck. I would like the get these out and measured for BCT Monster Baffles so I can get theirs ordered and sent to me before the weekend.

Can anyone share some tricks to ease the process? Thanks.

I have Python slip-on's and pulled my baffels just because I wanted to hear how loud the pipes were without the baffels. Once I got the retaining screws out I had to twist them a little bit and work them out. The Pain was putting them back on. The baffles just don't slip back on. I had to get the forward end to line up with the head pipe. This took a little time. Had to use a hammer handel to work the tail end of the baffle to get it to line up.

They are probably held in with a compression type fitting at the front of the baffle, not to mention the carbon build-up and rust that builds up in there also.

Easiest way would be to take the exhaust off the bike and bang the end down onto a piece of pine.........that would knock it loose for sure.
