Default SE heavy breather air cleaner

Anybody using the SE heavy breather (29006-09)? HD claims that it outperforms the SE S1 air cleaner. I see it comes with a "water-repellent rain sock". Not too excited about parts I need to cover if it rains. Is this really necessary with this AC?

I have one on my 08 RG....I'll pull the rain sock on
if its a heavy rain, but just sprinkles or intermittent
showers I'll go without.

Also wear the sock when giving her a good bath and cleaning

How much does it cost and would I need to have my 02 RKC re-mapped?
Right now I 'm running a SE a/c.

Just purchased one yesterday. Total cost out the door was $320.00. I am wondering the same thing about the remap when changing from SE A/C to the heavy breather.

Yeah, shipping is not an option for me, plus it was a spur of the moment purchase.

Can anyone tell us what the expected HP gain is over a SE AC and how difficult it is to install?
