Pulled the trigger IT IS HERE!!!!
Couldn't stand it. Yesterday I ordered my new 09 Road Glide. I saw one in Hot Red Denim and it just looked right to me. I usually do not like the denim colors, but the one I saw really spoke to me. I test rode it and by the time I went to look at it again, it was sold. It'll have ABS, Security and cast wheels (to start). Should be here in late February or early March, plenty of time to get momma used to the idea of 3 bikes in the grudge!
2-4-09 My not so shiny 09 Denim Red FLTR arrived on Tuesday, the day after my birthday. wasn't expecting it for another week or so, so it was a nice surprise. Went in and looked her over, really nice!
Took my FLORIS to the dealer today (after taking OFF fairing, tour pak, ISO boards, air horn, and everything else I wanted ) and got 12,500 trade. Decent I thought....Then sat down to drill the numbers.\
We ended up with $23500.00 out the door...don't get excited, it all included

SE A/C(i already had this)
SE Slip Ons(these too)
XM Radio module w/ wiring overlay
Adjustable Rider backrest
Detachable Sissy Bar and Comfort Stitch pad
Chrome front end kit
Detachable hardware
AND labor to install it all

Well... I got one and she's got one, it is time for me to have 2, me thinks...hell she got 5 kids out of this deal, least I can have is 2 bikes...

I have to wait until the end of december or so. Put order in on the 13th of this month. This is truely a test of patience!
