must be some after market BS. I don't see H~D stamped on it anywhere. If it is not after market it must be bling for fingerless gloves and azzless chaps .Maybe it spews out nair or some other hair removal cream.

I think its a home made windshield bag. After he painted that inner fairing that ugly a$$ color he is trying to defer your attention from it. Maybe it also has wooden matching saddlebags.
