I don't want to go on about these EzUp things too much but mine arrived today. It took longer to unpack it than it did to fit it. Wheeldock have a great "Install" video on their website.
It's easy to pull the 'Glide back onto the stand whilst on the bike,I hav'nt tried to do it stood alongside yet. I've only been messing about in the garage so far. She will roll off the stand quite easily on the flat floor. Even in 1st gear she will roll far enough forward for the stand to flip up, BUT if she was parked facing up even a slight incline there would be no problem.
I've found that the best thing to do in the garage is to pop her on the stand and then pull the 'bars over to the left and put the steering lock on,there's enough resistance in the sideways position of the tyre to stop ANY forward movement.
I see I've posted over 100 messages on this forum, mostly B/S probably, but so far the questions I've asked have been answered with loads of good advice and my bike is all the better for it.Thanks to all. Wheeldock,LidHaulers, floorboard extensions etc....I'll get the bike just how I want it and then trade for an '09....or should I wait 'till 2010?

Speaking of a Wheeldork, I took my scoot out of the garage this morning to take some pics for someone on here, and I put my bike on the Wheeldock center stand. My driveway is pretty steep so when I was done, I just figured I would drive off the stand and pull it straight into the garage again. I started it, really didn't want to even start it since it was about 7am and didn't want to wake any neighbors, but I started it and put it in gear and let out the clutch slowly to pull off the center stand and I did not go anywhere! The bike just sat there. At first, I thought there was something wrong with the clutch, but then I realized that the back tire had just enough weight off of it that it was spinning. I pushed the bike off the wheeldock and then rode it into the garage and looked back to see a pile of black powdered rubber in the driveway and the smell of burning rubber!

Nothing like the smell of burning rubber in the morning!
