Default HD or JM Shorty CB Antenna

I want to replace my stock CB and FM antenna on my 06 Ultra with one of the shorty antennas. I have looked at the HD antenna and the JM. Both are about the same price, however the JM has a two year warranty. Which one is shorter and does the best job? Thanks..

Default hidden antenna by Lucky Stuff

Fineultra, I'm not sure if you need the CB or not but I have bought an awesome hidden anteena from an ebay store that kicks the dakota digital hidden anteenas but. It sells for only twenty three bucks and shipping is free. I tried mine and it work so well that wo of my buddies tried tham and threw their dakota antennas away. It sticks to the insid eof your inner fairing. Picks up just as well as the stubbie I had on. As far as I know it doesn't work for CB's though.

I use the J&M antennas. Pretty happy with them, the stock work better on the distant stations, but all-in-all, the convenience of the short antenna outweighs the long stock ones.

I have the J&M antennas, works OK...I would like the 09 Antennas better, sort in between the short J&M and the older stock ones.

I bought the J&Ms before the Harley ones came out. They work great for me with no reduction in reception that I can tell.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the ones fromJ&M are interchangeable from radio to CB, whitch makes me think that the CB will not have the correct SWR. (Standing Wave Ratio) The ones from Harley are not interchangable. They ar radio/CB spacific and should not be interchangable.
I went with the Harley ones they are a little beefier and look better to me.

Default Picture of JM antennas

Would someone mind posting a picture of the JM's? The JM site doesn't really show them well. I've seen the Harleys in person. They have a long beefy looking tip that appears different than the JM's.
