Default Anyone take out bumpers on EG Classic or Ultra??? Pics

I have a 2009 EG Classic and was wondering if anyone has taken out the rubber bumpers...pics would be great!

My front is removed (see sig pic), I think it looks MUCH better. Haven't done anything with the rear one yet though. Can't decide.

I have both removed on my 08. I am hearing from the 09 guys that the rear fender looks funny with the bumper removed though.

Nice and clean. I still like your original rails though and they are expensive.

You can take the rubber part out of the bumper and keep the rails and just paint the silver brace in the middle black.

I have heard you need buy a special bracket from HD to use in place of the rear bumper since the bumper kinda holds things together....true or not????????

How hard are they to take off and where is the brace that you are referring to?

Easy to take off and the brace goes underneath the bumper and out to the sides where you don't see it. It is standard part on the roadies, etc. As stated, 08's and below need the brace, #91140-04.
