I know that cupholders aren't for everyone, but I consider it a necessity no matter how tacky it may look. I ride my bike to work every day, and usually go to fastfood places for lunch. It just ruins my afternoon if I can't bring back a full cup of iced tea with me.

So a few weeks ago I bought a Barefoot ******* black cupholder. It doesn't look as nice as the chrome options that are out there, but it cost less than half the price.

Anyway, today I decided to use some extra leather that I had laying around, and cover the cupholder. I think it turned out pretty good...

Nice job. I bought my barefoot ******* at Myrtle Beach bike week a few years back. The vendor sold them covered in leather and some with studs and fuzzy inserts to hold smaller bottles. Here's a pic of mine in leather with studs and fuzzy insert.
