As far as I know they were only stock on RGs. I could be wrong about that, though. My friend's '09 RG came with one as did another guy's '07 RG.

I just looked in the '09 parts book and they call it an air baffle which is standard on the RG only.

Thanks for the info PJ, I'm too tight to buy them from the dealer and have been looking for a set (whether they need painting or not). Been looking for about a year and they're hard to find.
BTW, I bet you can find the boxes on Ebay pretty quickly. Thanks again for the writeup.

Nice write-up. I have to take my lowers off in the summer. They just do too good of a job of blocking the air flow.
Back when I had an Ultra I never removed my lowers, but for some reason on a RoadGlide they block more air. That and I've got a 110 mtr and it just runs hotter.

I've had mine off and on so much that the bolts come out by hand. They do stop alot of air from coming up under the gas tank.

I have the Hoppe vents, made a world of difference. I found anything over 65 degrees I would roast from the trapped engine heat behind the lowers, especially with the stock windshield.
