Doh!! Helps if you do a topic search first, doesn't it? I'd smack myself on the forehead, but I'm too busy pretending I can type.
I grew to like the RG, and haven't even owned one yet. Ridden, yes, owned, no. All the batwing people bashing the RG, try real hard not to admit our bikes are "busy" on the highway. Go ahead, try real hard. Ironically, the first RG I rode was an '09 and was impressed by the ride. And, it doesn't feel so damned cramped. Either way, if my deal-in-the-workings goes through, I'll have an RG to park next to my 'Glide.

i hope they do make a combination of the SG and the RG. I personally love the Road Glide, not quite sure why, it might be uglier than a Goldwing, ha! But i absolutely love that bike. Thats probably going to be me and the ladys next bike purchase. Ive got the solo seater softail, and we need something for the both of us!
The boys at HD wont let us down

First of all the RG has plenty of headlight, and secondly, when I turn my bike at highway speed, I counter steer to acomplish the desired turn.
So the batwing turns left to turn right!
