Default Installing Lowers

I have a 2009 Street Glide and have ordered a new set of vented fairing lowers from a HD dealer. The dealer is shipping to an address an hour from my home (long story). My question is to those who have ordered and installed the vented fairing kit, are the fairings sold partially assembled? or are all pieces separate including the vents so that everything needs to be assembled? If they are partially assembled I can take bike with me and put on in the yard myself, if they need to be fully assembled then I will drive with truck to pick-up and install at home.

I don't recall the exact tools, but basically you need a socket set to put them on. Only takes a couple of minutes. There are two bolts/nuts on top and one on bottom. The one on the bottom has a P clip that may need some adjusting too. A channel lock or vice grip might be useful. Whole thing takes maybe 10 minutes for each, maybe less.

Everything is assembled except for the top piece that holds it in place and the bottom clip.

You will need a T40 torx bit and a 1/2 inch socket on the other end of that for the part that goes on the clamp around the engine guard, and a 7/16 socket for inside the storage pouch for fairing on the top piece of the lower.
