Yes, go to any big sporting goods store. Under Armour has long legged underwear made of microfiber. It slipery so it will not ride up in your jeans, it wicks moisture away and there are no seams to sit on. Just be careful and be sure you don't buy the "Compression Shorts" these will squeaze your legs and your feet can go to sleep if you have reduced circulation.
This is the only type of under wear I use when I go across country. No riding up, no sweating, no monkey ****, just smooth comfortable miles

Once you burn your legs on a hot pipe you'll never ride in shorts again. Don't ask how I know...

I've never used the LD Comfort shorts brand but I have used padded bicycle shorts. Any type of compression shorts will help.
Here's the LD shorts website.

You don't want compression shorts when sitting and riding. Those are made for running atheletes that squeaze the leg muscles to provide support. If you are over the age of 30 and wearing them while sitting your feet will fall asleep. Just the regular microfiber long legged underwear is what you need.
