Default PYO Bagger Bars

Just got my new bars in from PYO, it took a month and a half to get them but they were worth the wait. Since im putting new bars on i figured i would change the grips too, I went with the bastinnini grips, my only problem is that the bars are not painted on the ends where the grips mount, you can see the bare metal thru the holes on the grip. Any suggestions?

you painted the bars? anyhow, what color? you could always paint the tips, black or have your painter touch the bars up

I ordered the 15" bars. I dont think they keep these in stock, they have to be made when you order. They are some bad *** bars tho!
GTS, ya they are painted black. I was thinking of just painting the ends myself. I just dont know if the throttle side will get scuffed up, i know the left side will be fine, because that side does not move.

Paint the ends of the bars whatever color they are with a rattle can after scuffing up the metal a little. then shoot clean on them to keep the other paint from coming off. Or, get some black electrical tape and wrap ends of the bars with that. I love the batastini stuff. Very classy looking.

are the bars already on the bike? prob are, but unless you want to take them off again, painting is the only option, if you clear over them , should be fine, or not noticeable

No, bars are not on yet, in the process of installing. Removed stock bars and controls, damm this is a mission, lots of stuff to-do. Well i guess this is one way to learn.

Just so you know, I shot an email to Paul about this. I'll let you know when he gets back to me.
