Installed FM PCV and bike not running right.

Mike, do what Jimmything suggested and replace your new AC cover with the football. Question: How do you know it's "running hotter than ever"? Do this:
1. Have your USB cable and computer ready with PC software running.
2. Take the bike out and run it 'til it is hot.
3. Connect cable to PCV and check your engine temperature reading in the PC software. If you plugged in the J1850 connector as per the instructions you should see a temperature readout. What is it?

I agree with iclick.....Do Not Mess With The Map! I had the same problem and it was as simple as calibrating the TPS. Re-calibrate as iclick suggested and call Jamie in the morning.
IMHO
PS. Make sure the bike is warmed to operating temp. when setting TPS.

Do it again with the FM map, as there's nothing wrong with that map. There's no use in testing with other maps, so put everything back the way it was (FM map), but replace the football cover just for testing. I don't think the other cover would affect anything, but let's try it. Did you check your TPS? It should show 0% when idling.

Depending on how long the ride was and what you did during the ride, that temp. reading doesn't look alarming. It isn't even enough to trigger EITMS. If you ran the crap out of it on the highway and then slowed down while approaching your house it would make sense. What did you do between starting it and checking the temp., and how far did you ride? Also, if you left the engine running while connecting the PCV to the computer the head temp. will rise rapidly while the bike is stationary.

He said it was going from 100% to 0% when the engine wasn't running. I'm not sure if that's normal or not with TBW, but I would be interested in TP% while idling. We still haven't gotten any info on that yet.
