see, if you'd read the instructions, you'd have figured out that you do have to unplug both 02 sensors. when in doubt, read the damm instructions. pretty simple huh?

You can find plugs that fit at a local Toyota parts counter (#90341-18016, oil drain plug) for a few bucks. Put some anti-sieze on the threads before installing them.[/quote]

damn, how did you find this out? just decided to go out to your corolla and pull the drain plug to see if it fit? (just kidding on the corolla). this is why this forum is awesome. no way would i have ever thought of this.

I got this tip on another thread but haven't used it myself. Before I found out about it I got ripped $15 or so on two O2 sensor plugs from a local speed shop.

Very simple yes indeed! I was in a big hurry and sometimes you just gotta slow down and smell the roses

Thanks for the help with the info on the plugs too. I decided just to tie em down with a couple of black tie down straps. Looks good and nobody will notice.

+1 This is the best and cleanest thing to do! No wires hanging, no wire mess to secure!
