hi everybody,
i love the look of the badlander seat on the road king and i would like to change.
the problem is, that in the hd catalouge they say "badlander for ALL road kings except the flhrs (rk custom)"!
on the other side there are seats, that fit on all rk, including the custom.
so, does anybody know why this seat should not fit?
is there a real problem or can i go for a badlander on my 07 custom?

A lot of the seats in the catalog said not for FLHRS (custom). But I tried a few and they all fit. I dont know what the deal is. I bought the Tallboy seat which had that warning and if fit fine.

Go to the dealer and see if they will let you install one just to check fitment. Most will.

Sorry, I don't have any information about the Badlander seat you're looking for, but I thought I let you know that I just ordered a C&C seat for my Road King Custom and had it within a week. And that was a custom order that wasn't sitting on the shelf. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but it sure looks nice. You might want to check them out.
