BTW......don't worry about asking questions that you think have been beat to death. Their seems to be a few "search sticklers" on this forum but screw them. Searching can get you some info that helps alot but it never seems to answer personal questions exactly.

I'm happy with my Bub 7 True Duals. I've heard the Rhinehart True Duals and didn't like them too much. Sides with the price from easternperformance.com on Bub's you can't go wrong.

Bub7'sTD, I've had both and both are made by the same guy, the tips will not turn purple on the 7's either and at a better price, dynoed good for me, great low end tq also and love the look and the sound.

I have 7's and like the sound and the chrome tips. I clean the Chrome tips very often because I have them turned slash up so the chrome inside gets residue after about 50 or so miles. I have a problem now with them .. the baffles inside have come loose and rattle on decel. I called Bub and was 1 1/2 month past the 1yr warranty (bought them in late Apr 08 and called 10th of June 09 about 20k miles at that point) and Bub said sorry warranty is up. That didn't make me happy and makes me wonder if I will buy any more Bub products.

I love the sound of the Bub 7's. Mine have gotten significantly louder as the miles roll on also. I have about 45,000 on the ones on my bike and they have broken in nicely. I love the "stereo" sound coming out of the back with true duals also.

For HP, I prefer slip-ons also. So I would say go with the Rineharts, but then again... I really like the looks of the 7's.
