Default Air Shock question.

If someone has let the oil leak out of some removed air shocks is there any way to replace the oil? The manual says that if the oil leaks out you get to replace the shocks and I am sure they are a million dollars from Harley.

Ive done it on a 07 RK...set the shock up side down in a drill press and pumped it a few times to empty it then flipped it over with the original air hose and a spark plug boot connected to a funnel ,put oil in the funnel and pumped it untill it was full... not positive but I think it took a little less than 9 ounces per shock...
