My son chatted with me from Iraq he said he could buy a fat boy for 17K that is msrp in the states . I ask if it was the screeming eagle he said no to bad.

If he's talking about actually having a Harley in Iraq then it's probably BS. However there is a military program where you can buy vehicles, including Harleys at fairly reasonable prices. In the case of Harleys it's right about msrp. I'm in the Navy and actually signed up to get my bike that way while I was on an aircraft carrier in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. They didn't have the color I wanted so they had to order it. After I got back it was taking too long so I just bought from the dealer at about the same price anyway. If I had chosen one of the colors they had on hand, I could have gone by the local dealership and picked it up as soon as I got back. It would have been there waiting for me. Of course, I would have had to pay sales tax at that point as well.
