Are you using ATF in your primary? Some have increased holding clutch capacity when using ATF. Are you running stock heads with the cams and are they loud?

You need a variable clutch pressure device.

I'd try the SE clutch spring first.

The S/E Clutch Diaphragm spring is the cheap way to get more grip from the clutch, it only costs like $25 and is very easy to install. It should be plenty for your build, and take care of the slipping.

A Variable Pressure Clutch set up is another way to go, it will cost you about $250 and is again a pretty easy install. It uses centrifugal force with weights and acts like a lock-up device on the clutch. Everyone who has it loves it, and it reduces the clutch lever pull as well at low RPMS.

Get the medium pressure SE plate, I put them on all my bikes now even stock. I have had the RKC with 103 and HQ 107, it worked with no issue and still comfortable in traffic. Also put it on my stock Dyna as I feel it gives a more usable friction zone.

Does anyone have a link to the color coding and part numbers for the various clutch springs (blue, yellow etc.)?
